Welbeck Abbey Brewery

Crafted for success

Despite its location on one of England’s most famous country estates, Welbeck Abbey Brewery’s brand image lacked conviction. Features such as heritage, craft and trust were poorly communicated with the effect that the brewery was struggling to build business around a tangible proposition. To date, Nick Pettit Design has been responsible for helping the brewery revisit its approach to design, with the result that it now communicates coherently and successfully. Welbeck’s identity has the perfect balance of old and new, pump clips and bottled beers have stand out and the brewery's marketing literature and website are driving sales and new market opportunities.

"Nick has provided us with an exemplary service. Importantly he understands both our needs and limitations. Our brand has come on in leaps and bounds under his honest and experienced guidance. As a result we hold him in high regard as a designer, adviser and friend."
